New Jersey Traffic Laws

There are hundreds and hundreds of driving laws that the greater United States must follow in order to drive on the roads legally. However, the state of New Jersey has a wide variety of their own rules and regulations for the road, and you must give an equal amount of importance to understanding these. Some New Jersey laws include the driver-wide ban on cell phones and texting. Other driving laws include child restraints. For example, those children who are under eight years of age and 80 pounds must sit in the back seat. Regardless, all of these written laws must be followed to avoid being pulled over.
